Refund Policy
· All cleanings are eligible for a full refund
if cancelled with at least 24hrs notice
· A $50 fee would apply if you cancel with less
than 24hrs notice.
· Customers will be charged the full price if we
arrive to your home to provide services but do not have access.
· If cleaning services are not completed to your
satisfaction, you must notify within 24hrs from the cleaning and we will send a
cleaner to resolve the issue within 7 days.

If the customer
is available for the follow-up clean, the cleaners will do a walkthrough with
you to ensure you are satisfied. If the client is not available, they waive
their right to any resolution cleaning. We will not provide a refund as we like
to ensure our clients are satisfied with our service and our cleaners are
compensated.
